I’ve spent over 20 years working inside complex organizations, at the intersection of operations, finance, and systems.

  • I scaled one business from $16M to $100M.
  • I led major transformation programs in regulated and high-stakes environments.
  • I’ve worked closely with executive committees and boards.
  • I’ve also acted as an advisor in complex and political environments, where clarity is often the hardest thing to maintain.

I’ve seen firsthand what happens when companies grow faster than their systems,

when information gets filtered,

and when leaders are forced to decide without clear signal.

My role today is simple.

I help leadership teams regain clarity and control by looking at how the company actually operates, how information really flows, and where decisions break down.

I’m not a vendor.

I don’t sell tools or frameworks.

I step in, see what others miss, and help leaders decide what to fix first.
